I’m so pleased you’re here.
I haven’t always been a plant obsessed, crystal collecting nature lover with a great passion for helping others. I took my own sweet time learning, doubting, releasing, healing and searching for my purpose, only to realize it had been in front of me the entire time, waiting for me to be ready. Let me tell you - when you’re ready you’re ready.
When the pieces started to fit together and I began to experience the pure magic in energetic work, I knew without a doubt that this had been inside of me my whole life,
ENERGETIC TRANSFORMATION PRACTITIONER. INTUITIVE HEALER. ALIGNMENT COACH.
Since I was a child, my life has been intertwined with and exposed to all kinds of energy and energetic practices.
My parents believed and instilled in me the importance of complementary modalities, even when they weren’t as prevalent or accepted.
None of this ever seemed odd to me. Never out of place. It was all a normal part of my everyday life and was simple to me.
MODALITIES SUCH AS…
Energy healing, Qigong, Reiki, acupuncture, massage, chiropractic, dousing, essential oils, crystals, singing bowls, sound therapy…
…TO NAME JUST A FEW have been an integral part of my life.
My exposure to and use of many different modalities further led me to trainings, classes and certifications. It even led to the joint creation of an integrated health and healing expo that in its years running, helped to begin to bridge the gap between what was considered Eastern vs. Western medicine in a time when energy was not often discussed.
All of these experiences over time were opening my eyes wider and wider to the possibilities we hold within ourselves to release and heal at a deep level. Deeper than I had ever understood before. With each personal session I experienced, class that I took, energy form that I learned and practiced, I found it unlocking a continuously growing curiosity about what else was possible in our own personal healing.
When I work with energy, I feel like I’ve come home again.
Realisation
It actually wasn’t until later in life that I started to piece it all together in what it meant on a much larger scale.
That all of this exposure, information, experience and learning had been preparing me to share this knowledge- in my own way.
That it wasn’t just for me and those closest to me.
I realized, rather abruptly in fact, that I am a healer.
While at first this realization seemed quite overwhelming, upon stepping back a moment I saw with fresh eyes how life had actually prepared me for this. That I was, indeed, stepping into my calling.
My soul’s purpose.
Everything sped up rather quickly. The more I said yes and practiced, the more the pieces came together for me. Naturally, I did occasionally question all that was happening for me, but I pressed on, following the fire growing inside me and the immense joy I was finding in the energetic practice.
Beautifully, and naturally, my journey led to heal many of my own wounds and to further connect to and relate with those I was working with. I have embraced the life of a healer and I am excited to help you on your own healing journey as well.
